Service Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Retainer
Bookings are not confirmed until:
- Required agreements are executed;
- Any required retainer or deposit is received;
- Availability is confirmed by EVERYOURS Events.
2. Non-Refundable Retainer
Any booking retainer or reservation fee is non-refundable.
The retainer compensates EVERYOURS Events for reserving event dates and declining other bookings.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
- Event date
- Venue
- Guest count
- Access times
- Setup restrictions
- Contact information
EVERYOURS Events shall not be liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
4. Design and Styling Variations
Images, mood boards, inspiration photos, renderings, and design concepts are for reference purposes only.
Final results may vary due to:
- Inventory availability
- Seasonal products
- Venue limitations
- Supplier substitutions
- Weather conditions
- Transportation constraints
Reasonable substitutions shall not constitute breach of contract.
5. Venue Restrictions
EVERYOURS Events is not responsible for venue rules, restrictions, permit requirements, or access limitations imposed by venues.
6. Third-Party Vendors
EVERYOURS Events shall not be responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, negligence, or performance of any third-party vendor.
7. Weather
The Client assumes all risks associated with outdoor events.
EVERYOURS Events shall not be responsible for losses resulting from:
- Rain
- Wind
- Extreme temperatures
- Wildfire smoke
- Natural disasters
- Weather-related venue restrictions
8. Force Majeure
EVERYOURS Events shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Event Delays
EVERYOURS Events shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic
- Venue restrictions
- Vendor delays
- Government restrictions
- Utility outages
- Transportation interruptions
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of EVERYOURS Events arising from any service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client for the affected service.
Under no circumstances shall EVERYOURS Events be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
