What services does EVERYOURS Events offer?

EVERYOURS Events offers wedding styling, proposal styling, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday celebrations, event décor rentals, floral installations, arches, signage, candles, draping, and selected styling services throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.

Whether you’re planning an intimate proposal, a wedding celebration, or a meaningful gathering, we’re here to help bring your vision to life.

EVERYOURS Events serves the Greater Vancouver Area. Delivery and service availability may vary depending on the event location, date, time, and booking requirements.

If your event is outside our regular service area, we’d be happy to discuss availability and travel options.

After we review your event date, location, selected rental items, styling needs, delivery requirements, and setup details, we will provide a customized quote and order confirmation.

We always aim to provide beautiful, clean, and well-maintained décor. However, rental items and final styling may vary slightly due to lighting, venue conditions, inventory availability, safety requirements, and setup limitations.

Reservations & Payments

How do I reserve rental items?

To reserve rental items, a 50% non-refundable booking payment is required to hold the selected items for your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than seven (7) days before pickup or delivery.

Because many of our pieces are available in limited quantities, this reservation payment allows us to set aside inventory exclusively for your event and ensure availability on your selected date.

Once a reservation has been confirmed, the reservation payment is non-refundable.

To book styling services, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days before the event date.

Styling bookings require time for design planning, décor selection, inventory preparation, delivery scheduling, setup, and teardown coordination. Your retainer allows us to reserve both the selected rental pieces and the styling time needed to prepare for your event.

Once your booking is confirmed, the retainer is non-refundable. If you need to make changes to your event date, venue, styling details, or rental selections, please contact us as early as possible so we can review availability and update your order accordingly.

The remaining rental balance, along with the refundable security deposit and any applicable delivery or service fees, is due prior to pickup or delivery.

We’ll provide all payment details and timelines clearly through email so there are no surprises along the way.

Yes. A security deposit may be required for rental bookings. The amount is determined by EVERYOURS Events based on the order value, item type, replacement value, and booking requirements.

The deposit helps ensure that rental items are returned on time and cared for throughout the rental period, allowing us to continue providing beautiful, well-maintained pieces for future celebrations. The deposit will be returned once all rental items have been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.

Security deposits are refunded within five (5) business days after all rental items have been returned and inspected, provided that no damage, loss, excessive cleaning, late return, or replacement charges apply.

Rental Orders

What do I need to rent from EVERYOURS Events?

Clients are required to provide a valid driver’s licence or government-issued photo ID at the time of rental for identification and rental verification purposes.

A refundable damage deposit and full payment are required before any rental items are picked up, delivered, or set up. This helps ensure the rental items are secured for your event and protected against damage, loss, missing items, late returns, or additional charges.

The damage deposit amount will be confirmed based on the rental order and will be refunded after all items are returned and inspected, provided there is no damage, loss, missing items, late return, or outstanding balance.

We offer a generous three-day rental period to provide extra flexibility and reduce stress during event preparation.

Your rental period typically includes:

  • Day 1 – Pickup or Event Preparation Day
  • Day 2 – Event Day
  • Day 3 – Return Day

This allows additional time for setup, celebration, and return without feeling rushed.

Pickup and return dates and times will be arranged and confirmed by email before your event.

We’ll work with you to coordinate a schedule that fits your event timeline whenever possible.

Absolutely.

We understand that some events may require additional setup time, extended celebrations, photo shoots, or longer installation periods.

Additional rental days and long-term rental options may be available depending on inventory availability and upcoming bookings.

If you require extra time, simply let us know during the inquiry process, and we’ll be happy to discuss a rental schedule that best suits your event needs.

Yes. We can help create a customized rental package based on your event style, color palette, venue, guest count, and selected décor pieces.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes.

Delivery, pickup, setup, and teardown services may be available depending on your event location and rental selections.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, event timing, venue access, parking, loading area, stairs, elevators, and the amount of labor required.

A personalized quote will always be provided before booking.

In many cases, yes.

Some clients prefer to pick up rental items themselves, while others choose delivery for added convenience.

If you plan to pick up your rental items, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle, adequate cargo space, and appropriate securing materials to safely transport your rentals.

For larger, fragile, or oversized items, we may recommend or require delivery to help ensure everything arrives safely and in excellent condition.

We kindly ask that either you or a designated representative be available at the scheduled pickup or return time.

This helps ensure a smooth handoff and avoids delays for everyone involved.

Caring for Rental Items

What happens if a rental item is damaged?

We understand that accidents can happen.

Clients are responsible for caring for rental items throughout the rental period and returning them in the same condition in which they were received, excluding normal wear and tear.

If damage occurs, repair or replacement charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

Lost, stolen, or unreturned items may be subject to replacement charges.

We always encourage clients to store rental items safely and securely throughout the rental period.

Many of our rental pieces may be used outdoors.

We simply ask that clients take reasonable precautions to protect items from rain, strong winds, mud, excessive moisture, and other environmental conditions.

To help maintain the quality of our inventory, rental items may not be painted, glued, drilled, permanently taped, or otherwise modified without prior approval.

If you have a specific design idea in mind, we’d be happy to discuss options with you.

Some items arrive fully assembled, while others may require simple assembly and disassembly.

We’ll provide any necessary instructions before pickup or delivery and are always happy to answer questions along the way.

Items requiring excessive cleaning due to stains, mud, wax, food, smoke, water damage, or improper handling may be subject to additional cleaning or replacement charges.

Styling Services

What is included in styling services?

Styling services may include design guidance, décor selection, rental coordination, delivery, setup, and teardown depending on the selected package and confirmed order details.

Absolutely.

Every celebration is unique, and we love creating personalized proposals that reflect your style, priorities, and vision.

We always aim to create a beautiful and cohesive setup. However, final styling may vary slightly due to venue conditions, lighting, weather, inventory availability, safety requirements, and setup limitations.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I make changes after booking?

We understand that plans sometimes change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate updates whenever possible.

Changes are subject to inventory availability, styling preparation, delivery scheduling, and event timelines. Any changes to the event date, venue, rental items, styling details, or order total may affect the final quote.

Please note that the 50% booking retainer is non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed, as this allows us to reserve inventory, prepare styling details, and hold your event date.

Order reductions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because items and services are reserved for your event date, reductions may not always reduce the final balance.

Weather

What happens if my outdoor event is affected by weather?

Outdoor events are beautiful, but weather can sometimes be unpredictable.

For outdoor weddings and events, we strongly recommend having an indoor or covered backup plan in case of rain, wind, or unsafe weather conditions.

We’re always happy to discuss contingency plans during the planning process.

Yes, many of our rental items may be used outdoors; however, outdoor use must be approved in advance and is subject to weather, venue conditions, wind, ground surface, and safety requirements.

Please note that faux floral arrangements, draping, signage, candles, lighting, and decorative pieces are not waterproof and should not be exposed to rain, excessive moisture, wet grass, mud, or standing water. Clients are responsible for any weather-related damage caused by outdoor use.

Insurance & Liability

Do you provide event insurance?

No.

EVERYOURS Events does not provide event insurance or cancellation insurance.

If your venue requires insurance coverage, we recommend obtaining coverage directly through an insurance provider.

Clients are responsible for confirming venue requirements, restrictions, permits, and approvals.

If you’re unsure about any venue requirements, we’re happy to help guide you through the process whenever possible.

EVERYOURS Events takes care to provide well-maintained rental items and to complete setups in a safe and reasonable manner. However, clients are responsible for ensuring that rental items and décor are used safely during the rental period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EVERYOURS Events is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, venue-related issues, weather conditions, misuse of rental items, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Rental items, including arches, stands, signage, candles, lighting, draping, faux floral arrangements, and decorative installations, should not be climbed on, moved, altered, disassembled, or handled improperly by guests, children, pets, venue staff, or other vendors.
